Cemtek's Model 8000 SCR NOx and O2 Monitor has been designed specifically to meet the challenging requirements for monitoring the inlet and outlets of selective catalytic reduction systems on coal fired combustion sources. This can be used for NOx control, NH3 injection control and emissions control.

Designed around a close coupled low flow - low dilution probe, the Model 8000 NOx analyzer integrates all of the major components necessary to simultaneously measure nitric oxide and oxygen concentrations without the need for costly heated sample lines or separate instruments.

Utilizing a  NOx chemiluminescent photo-diode detector,  no photomultiplier tubes, high voltage supply or lamps to fail provides long turn reliability.  Optimization of the NOx reaction cell eliminates the need for temperature, flow and pressure compensation.  Zero drift is practically nonexistent.  An ozone generator that produces ultra clean discharge is also a key feature of the Model 8000 NOx analyzer.

A very compact zironcium oxide sensor with heater and detector cell complete on a momolithic ceramic base requires only 10W of power and is insensitive to ambient temperature swings.  Our sensor uses a proprietary two-stage cell that results in an inherently linear output with excellent sensitivity and stability across it's range.  This results in very low zero drift and no low level calibration gas required.

The Model 8000 NOx analyzer can be mounted directly on a duct port both before and after an SCR to measure real time NOx and O2 or to provide trim control of the ammonia injection process.  An air condition package for applications  is where high ambient temperatures are encountered at the SCR inlet.  The  enclosure/probe is mounted by a 4" ANSI flange.  Simple probe design allows for easy remova and maintenance of filters without the need of removing any other component.
