High-temperature NO2 converter furnace. Packaged in a 5.25 tall, 11 deep 19 rack mount
enclosure, it includes the following:
· High temperature Inconel, long-path, "brute-force" converter furnace capable of >95%
conversion of NO 2 to NO at flowrates up to 1 SLPM (to be tested)
· Watlow Series SD controller, with separate setpoint and actual temperature displays
· Solid-state control relay for precise control and long-life, and separate redundant
mechanical relay for over-temperature protection.
· Chassis fan for heat dissipation.· Two ¼ Swagelok bulkhead connections for gas inlet and outlet.
